Become an Exhibitor
Exhibitor registration is now full.
As an exhibitor, you will gain unparalleled access to 300 highly targeted, highly motivated Service Providers in a closed conference setting. This is the perfect opportunity to make industry connections and present your company’s valuable solutions, products and services to those who need them.
The exhibitor registration fee is just $100, and includes:
- Listings on our Partner website and in our conference guide
- Facilitation in set up, take down, and logistics
- An open 8’ by 10’ booth in the exhibit space
- A 6’ undressed table, 1 chair, power strip and general lighting
- Further instructions on how to participate as an exhibitor
To participate, register as an exhibitor before December 1st, 2009. Receipt of payment and assignment of booth space will be confirmed in writing by the Partner Conference Coordinator.
Exhibitor Recommendations
Spaces in the exhibit room will be assigned alphabetically by company name. Exhibitors may set up their displays between 9:00am and 6:00pm on January 18th, 2010. We recommend you bring the following:
- Tabletop sign and/or banner for front table
- Equipment samples
- Laptop for demos
- Marketing collateral and business cards
- Pins, adhesives, scissors for set up
Once you have registered for the Iridium Partner Conference in Phoenix, if you would like to ship items for your exhibit, please complete a commercial invoice form (pdf).
